What is the ARCH?
The ARCH project, known as “The ARCH Resettlement Centre”, is a residential resettlement project for men classified as homeless. We are based in the East End of Glasgow in West Central Scotland and welcomed our first tenant back in July 2002.
We operate from a modern three-storied building consisting of two upper floors of self-contained, fully furnished flatlets and a ground floor administration and support centre. The flats are accessible by both stairs and a lift. Not only are you greeted with a friendly caring staff team, but the surroundings make a stay as pleasant as possible.
As a residential centre, we provide support and guidance to previously homeless men who require assistance in managing their own accommodation. We equip our tenants with the confidence and skills required to sustain a normal life in the community and can provide high to medium support depending on the assessed need.
The ARCH works with other agencies and Housing Associations to obtain permanent accommodation for those who successfully complete their time with us.
