Scottish Christian Alliance (SCA) is a Christian
organisation and our work is underpinned by our Christian
beliefs and ethos by expressing christian compassion without
taking advantage of our clients’ vulnerability
SCA wholeheartedly supports the principle
of equal opportunities both in social support and employment
and opposes all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination
on the grounds of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national
origin, sex, being married or disability. Within
the context of our work in the Social Care field we believe
that we must strive to be relevant, professional and respect
our clients choices in life style and beliefs
To accomplish this we work with Local Authorities
and other relevant agencies in providing support to our service
users.
_____________
We
expect our Management and staff to be sympathetic to our aims
and the manner in which we conduct our business based on the
above, and value input from local Churches and Christians
to provide the spiritual support where relevant
