Men who
are homeless and have expressed and shown a desire to improve
their lifestyle. They will be willing to work towards sustaining
their own tenancy after participating in the ARCH programme.
If they have an addiction problem, then this should have been
addressed. An agreement to participate in the support programme
is a condition of occupancy.
To move
individuals from social exclusion to acquiring basic life
and social skills through personal development, which will
enable them to positively approach and access mainstream opportunities
in training, education and employment; and to obtain and maintain
their own tenancies. |
