Statement of STANDARDS

Service Users

  • We will provide you with a written Information Pack in plain English about our services prior to initial interview/assessment, and before using our services.
  • You will have all the information you will need before using the service.
  • You will receive, within the Information Pack, a written service agreement in plain English detailing the terms and conditions for receiving the service appropriate to you needs. This will include arrangements for changing and ending the agreement and will be signed as agreed.
  • You can expect good quality housing support to meet your individual needs, which will be provided by qualified and/or experienced staff. These staff will be committed to ongoing training and personal development. SCA will ensure that the service delivery meets legal and best practice requirements
    .
  • You will be fully involved in developing your personal Support Plan and all reviews. You will receive a copy of these and they will be signed and dated by staff from SCA.
  • SCA will respect your social, cultural, religious beliefs or faith. You will be able to live your life according to these beliefs.
  • SCA staff will work with you to enable you to make informed choices regarding your housing support need and how this links to your personal and social life. This will be reflected in your Support Plan.
  • .SCA staff will respect and uphold your rights as an individual using our service at all times.
  • In all circumstances, SCA staff will attempt to work together with you and support you in planning towards leaving the service
