The
administration and support centre is located on the ground floor.
This consists of an office and reception area, a group room, two
interview rooms and a small kitchen. The lounge can be subdivided
if required and the usual disabled facilities are available.
The level of support is determined by the assessed needs of the
individual. Throughout the occupancy an ongoing assessment is undertaken,
by the means of the ‘Rickter Scale’.
Project staff provide support in the resident’s flat and in
the support centre. This is supplemented by other agencies who provide
education, counseling and social skills. These activities take place
in the ARCH support centre. Various agencies also offer to provide
assistance with addiction counseling, job seekers training, and
social activity support.
- General Housekeeping/Budgeting
- Tenancy issues/Benefits
- Health/emotional support/general advice
- Personal development/employment advice and help.
